Our Initiatives

The Firm takes pride in its pro bono and public interest work done by the Firm.

The Firm has represented in a Public Interest Litigation for the benefit of victims of rail accidents in India.

Pursuant to the efforts taken by the firm and the judgment passed by the Hon’ble High Court, the Central Government had doubled the compensation payable to families of persons deceased in rail accidents from Rs. 4 lakh to Rs. 8 lakh.

Another significant cause taken up by the firm is the sensitization of government school girls to menstrual hygiene and providing free sanitary products to government school girls.

The firm as part of its pro bono initiative in certain deserving cases also represents individual clients after careful examination of the matter as well as the status of the client.

The firm also represents and advises Trusts, NGOs’ and other civil society initiaitves in its endeavour to advance the noble cause espoused by such bodies.
