Our Practice

The MSME- Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises are defined by the Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises Development (MSMED) Act, 2006 and divided into manufacturing enterprises and services enterprises. For the enterprise to categorised as MSME, the entity is required to be within the prescribed limits in the investment.
The MSME sector is supported by the government with subsidies, schemes and incentives to promote growth and increase employment. The Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises, Government of India along with other agencies such as NSIC, KVIC etc. to support the MSME sector.
The firm advises clients in the MSME sector from incorporation of entities, regulatory and compliances with the Registrar of Companies as well the MSME registration with the Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises, Government of India.
